How can I place orders?

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day online through our website or by calling us at 1-800-96-GIANT between 9am and 5pm EST Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is placed, your package will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days with one of our shipping partners; UPS, USPS, or UPS Mail Innovations. Delivery times vary based on shipping service. Please click here to view estimated maps.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order, as long as it has not left our warehouse. If in fact it has left, you will be responsible for the shipping costs along with a restocking fee if you would like to return the item.

Do you offer local pick up?

At this time we do not offer local pick-up from our facility.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with a link to track your package. You may also check and track the status of the package by going to your order status option on our website.

When will I receive my order?

Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed in our warehouse. Once they are processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer international shipping to our friends to the North, Canada.

Where does my item ship from?

Orders are processed and shipped from our 20,000sq. ft. distribution warehouse in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Is this the correct item that I ordered?

Many of today’s cell phones have accessories that work for multiple models of phones. Please also note that many of today’s models have the same name but different model numbers. For example, Samsung Galaxy 2 and Samsung Galaxy 3. Please double check the model of the phone before purchasing. How do I return the item I purchased?

1.Contact our team at kEncEmailSfuvsotAXjsfmfttHjbou/dpn or give us a call at 1-800-96-GIANT. Include your name, order number, date of purchase, and your reason for return.

2.We will contact you back within 1 business day with an RMA number. This number serves as a way for both the customer and our staff to keep track of your return.

3.If the reason for return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective we will email you a prepaid return label for you to send back with a RMA number. If the reason is you do not like the product the customer is responsible for purchase shipping back to our warehouse. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

4.Ensure the product is packaged properly in the original manufacturer packaging along with all of the items originally included. Please pack the item properly for shipping.

5.Once your return is received at our warehouse please allow us 2-3 days to review the item and process your return. Please note that items deemed not to be defective will not be returned and all shipping costs along with a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are exchanging a defective item we will ship a replacement out and email you the tracking number for your package. If you are returning because you do not want/like the product we will post the refund to your original payment source minus the original cost of shipping along with a 15% restocking fee.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy. We will refund or exchange the item for you.

Defective Items

1.Must be returned in original manufacturer package.
2.Will be inspected at our warehouse to ensure item is defective.
3.Must contact us first to obtain an RMA number.
4.Prepaid shipping label will be emailed to customer

Non-Defective Items

1.Products are subject to a 15% restocking fee
2.Shipping of the product is the responsibility of the customer along with any costs associated with it

What do I do if the item is defective?

Yes we take back returns up to 90 days from purchase. We will post the refund to your original payment source minus the original cost of shipping. Some returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How long does it take to get my money back from a return?

Please allow us 2-3 days from the received date of the package at our warehouse to process the return. We will then issue you a refund on the original payment source that you used. If there are any issues with the return we will contact you.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

The internet can be a scary place in regards to personal information. We take every precaution and steps necessary to ensure your information is safe with us by using the newest technology to guard our customers and our business.
